I did something crazy today....lets see what happens. I called the jags home office I got connected to Jack Del Rio's secretary. We talked (she and I) and she said why don't you record this on my machine and I'll let Jack hear it (well....we'll see if that happens) Anyhow I left mt name, number and where I lived as well as about a 3 minute message. I was super polite because I totally respect the guy and in fact I congratulated him on a great win. But, I went on to say that I thought the shot was cheap and that the Jags may want to at least put something on their website to acknowledge that Darius wasn't trying to kill Ferguson and he's sorry. I think its the smart PR move because we don't want a bunch of bad feelings about a dirty hit and we don't want a bunch of media crap about it. SO anyhow....it will be interesting if they do that (I WILL BE WATCHING) or if I got a call back from Jack. Now - I'm not delusional - the guys is busy and doesn't have time to return fan phone calls. But I was so fair and respectful of both he and Darius that who knows. If he did I think I could soil my pants but in any event - I want them to show concern IN PUBLIC for Ferguson and I want an apology and a big fine for Darius! If that happens - great. If not - I will have to go another route. I WILL BE HEARD ON THIS ISSUE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER THE OUTLINE FROM ABOVE IS THEIR BEST CHANCE TO HAVE FANS AND THE MEDIA SETTLE DOWN AND LET THIS PASS. IF THEY DON'T TAKE THE CARROT I WILL DO MY BEST TO CREATE A STIR AND GIVE THEM THE STICK - OR AT LEAST PESTER THEM UNTIL THEY WISH THEY HAD TAKEN THE CARROT I'm not always right But I am on this one and one other thing I am NEVER totally wrong even if I'm not always right LOVE GLOOP
