ECD's OUM is like the little story in the book catch 22 every time airplane pilot completes his quota a can be sent home the number of missions is raise. If were lucky maybe test chip in 2007 once below 45 nam is OUM's market. This is only for process chip hopefully STM will come out with something sooner.
