< I did sense that the gap between the rich and poor is getting bigger.> That idea amuses me. Since the poor are always at $0 and there's effectively no upper bound, people will spread across the continuum from $0 to $1billion or $10 billion or $1 trillion or whatever the current record holder has. Most people will be clumped around the average pay rate with swarms spread up and down from that in a nice smooth curve. The only way to make everyone equal is for everyone to be dead. Mqurice
