JG, You have to remember, pc's increased use of DRAM grew much faster in the recent past than it is now. The rest of the users don't really matter much. It is still the computer that feeds the bulldog in this industry. However, growth in Mbit demand has just fallen from 100 pct. to 70 pct. year to year. That is hardly a disaster until you figure everyone has built for 100 pct. growth rates. Plus!

Actually, I am not talking about cutting taxes. Anyone would do that. I am talking about sharp pencil accounting that makes eps look better than they really are. In other words, sacrificing the balance sheet and the long term viability of the company to make next quarter's numbers. MB
