It amazes me how you can know so little about so much.

I have never said that these types of things are common - in fact the references provided stress that they are rare. There is th epossibility that new precident <sic> will be set and as always, and as is their right, the jury (and not the judge) will have the ultimate say on the law.

Talk about back-pedaling. You originally posted that the jury ALWAYS can overrule the judge. ROFLMAO.

Precedent - refers to rulings of law. There was no precedent set by the OJ jury.

The jury finds facts.

You truly are an idiot. Unfortunately, you think you know something. Get your sliderule out and measure it slaydick. You'll probably leave empty handed.
