Raymond, I'm right. As usual. What's your problem with high sulphur coal if there's no exhaust? The ash worries you? Put it back in a hole where it came from. It won't take up much room.

Mitubishi patented my idea of compressing CO2 to liquid phase and piping it to the bottom of the ocean [or under 400 metres of water at least, to retain it in liquid phase] as a way of avoiding greenhouse gas effect [or, more likely, creating an ice age].

Sulphur oxides can be scrubbed. Particles can be collected. There need be no exhaust put into the atmosphere.
