ICTN.PK - Now at 2.2 cents after being under 1 penny for months. I've followed this stock at Raging Bull for about a year. It's a real company based out in Seattle, WA. They sell a unique phone networking system. They have real offices and everything. For some reason though, they stay on the Pinks. Filing with the SEC and getting on OTC:BB is what they need to do to help the stock make a sustained move higher.
