I received another email from this mystery person.... and here it is:

I am sorry to hear that, KKRO has very strong underlying fundamentel
weakneses. The reason that they are actualy in dept. and don't reflect
it in their numbers is a play in the wording of their financials. If you
look towards the bottom of their last financial, they state that they
will have to further dilute shares in order to finance their last
aquisition of Hamburger Hamlet. Additionally when thet issue or discount
their stock to themselves to raise cash they further dilute the value of
outstanding shares with no added value.
