Plus some of those countries you mention were taking part in the spoils of peace per kofi/kojo. You always mistake Euro/UN lack of cooperation with smarts and honor when in reality its all about the money. It is just amazing to me how people have strung up Kofi and his son already. Is there something wrong with waiting for Paul Volker's report before convicting them of malfeasance? Not to mention an actual trial with rules of evidence.
