Think you're confused here, Bully loves this news, just more trouble for the masses, and an excuse for the Fed to engage in more "feed me Seymour" inflationary/speculative behavior to Bully's benefit (and at the expense of everyone else). The Fed is not updating their site, ny.frb.org but I'd guess that they came to the rescue at 12:00 EST with a permanent injection. The "markets" rallied on cue. I think we are getting close to an out of control inflationary boom.
