They don't even have Chinese language for Microsoft programs as option at my place of work. I had to ask and demand it. Since the other European languages are available, they (system admin) had to heed and let me have the Chinese language. That's to allow the Chinese characters to show up correctly. Such pathetic stench! But let them sleep and sedated for a few more decades. After all, that's what they are - local homeboys.
