So I guess you only know people from the 6.25 Million who voted for Kerry, and none of the 5.11 million who voted for Bush. I don't think those that voted for Bush feel disenfranchised.

Your conclusion that Red states will have to rig the system to keep in power is flawed as is your assumption that once a Blue state - always a Blue State. How do you know the political leanings of those which will represent the 10-15% increase in population. Will they be leaning Red & leaving a Blue State or solid Blue & leaving a Red State? Will those who are already there and disagree with your politics suddenly become enlightened and see that you were right all along? What if Republicans have 2.2 children while Democrats have only 1.9 children and those children grow up and vote exactly like their parents?

So you really don't know if your Blue state today will still be Blue when you represent more people in the future, do you?
