Higher courts prevail over lower, although I'm not sure why 4-6 month is necessary to fart around with this? @1.10 MRB has an enterprise value (subtract cash from mkt cap) of $38 million. CSP's 2.5 million low cost gold is valued at zip now. I don't even see how El Morro alone could be valued for only $38 million.
