Good ideas!

Why should any one form of income be favored by the government over others? Why should the government get away with saying that --- if I sit down and trade stocks all day for a living --- that my work is inherently 'more valuable' to society then that of some guy who works at Wallmart for a living, or digs ditches, or is a Policemen? ALL INCOME SHOULD BE TAXED AT THE SAME RATE, regardless of source.

The government should not try to 'pick winners'.

(Another good idea: roll all the government retirement plans into SS too. Lets ALL be in the same boat.)
