Why don't you visit Westergaard's site and see for yourself how he explicitely threatens anybody who crosses what he considers to be his interests. I regard such threats as analogous to showing a weapon in a public place and demanding everybody obeys him. By your argument a gangster has a perfect right to extort, the victim, if still alive, can always seek civil remedies. Joe
