Now let me see if I have got this straight..... part of the reason for the Iraq invasion was to get rid of Saddam, a dictator known and hated as a result of his barbaric treatment of prisoners. "Irony" doesn't do this situation justice.

Thank goodness the ACLU is at least raising its voice as I sure don't see much about this in the US news media.
