Hugh, you are brief.
And that may be the soul of wit,
but it's hardly a proper rebuttal.

So, Hugh, maybe you can explain to me the economics of deep ocean CO2 sequestration. I'd really love to be less of a cynic about such a remarkable and fantastic (in both senses of the word) solution to our purported global warming problem.

Perhaps you've noticed that George Bush has a much more straightforward solution to increasing atmospheric CO2 concentration. His plan is to disregard it. That's a hell of a lot cheaper than pioneering an entirely novel technology to solve something that the energy industry is in near complete denial about.
