Paul and All, what do you think about IBPI?

It closed at $3.98 today with $5.7 cash (data from Yahoo finance, and may be a little less due to cash burn), zero debt. A small biotech stopped a trial of its main drug. It retained Lazard to evaluate options to max shareholder value, including merger or liquidation.

The catches are several class action lawsuits. How likely are those lawsuits prevent a buyout offer or liquidation? like to hear other's opinion before I buy more.
