Personally, if the fat old geezer did the same thing to me, I would be flattered. This actually *enhances* Pluvia's credibility in my opinion.

You're giving Westergaard way too much credit. Remember, I said he's an old PR guy and he understands that when you stir up some controversy over an issue, you get gawkers. Many of those gawkers will come to his web site.

Congress blatantly stepping on the first amendment by trying to pass legislation limiting certain forms of expression on the internet is a despicable act. Westergaards actions are simply laughable. I think it would be a waste of money to sue him. It would be a lot more fun to egg him on. Pluvia should this as an opportunity to start his own investment site/newsletter. His ads could read: John Westergaard says I'm the most dangerous man in America!!
