From your first statement though I quess I should clarify what I was attempting to do.

I was trying to access my bank account information which requires a account number and a pin number.

After one successful attempt to access my checking account I encountered the problem when trying to access my savings account. NOW I cannot access either because the area where I am to enter my account number and the area where I need to enter my pin number will not accept (that is display) any data that is keyed in.

This same problem is now occurring with my brokerage account.

Is there possibly some security feature whereby one can prevent these fields from being used so that no one else with access to this computer can view this personal data ?

Could there be a way to toggle access to these fields ON and OFF ?
