Dubya grew up in the Odessa-Midland area, but I've never been to that part of Texas. So I don't have a clue as to the common pronunciation there.

Junior's accent is nothing like his speech patterns from Midland (He would only drink in Odessa). You can bring up his debate with Gov. Ann Richards on CSPAN to see what he really talks like. His entire public persona is a phony-cowboy that was cooked up by Karl Rove.
