This is a real estate promo I think. This to be accurate would of had to be done on a percentage base. Populous has increased and head count leaving could be about the same percentage wise.

However there is a true fact fewer students are opting for Us universities and more are looking to Europe. I am unsure if this means we are loosing our Academic excellence or tuition here is very high compared with other countries. We have quite a few full time part time professors now as we attempt to save costs. It is possible we are saving costs at too high a cost.

Retail sales are not doing as well as hoped so it was just a couple of products I was looking for that were sold out.

UK is seeing property down turn. Increase of interest rates will most likely end the rapid increase in housing.

I am positive we are in for base cost inflation This cannot be offset by China as she i feel has set costs. I believe that times are changing that the US will not be able to control the actions of the world as leveling has begun. When Japan became a major player in world products she unlike China did not have the populous to increase internal consumption. Japans whole economy moved up demand for the Yen was too high which added to her problems.

It appears this is again occurring where more investors are looking outside the US to China. This demand artificially inflates the value of investments and earnings are put in a must catch up position.

There are so many ends working right now. You have currency bought as trade and you have not just win win US as Us dollars must end up back in US but the affect of those dollars exchanged for other currency. You can send those dollars back to the US they can decrease in value but then the increase of other currencies numerically eventually out paces product growth and inflation sets in. Inflation could very well start to be rearing its questionable head in China's stock prices. IMHO.
