Starting-up of turbine on TETs-3
On 22 December in Russia is celebrated day power engineering. During this day the townspeople congratulate those, whose labor - to twenty-four hour ensure inhabitants with heat and
light, by so necessary for the life in the Siberian climate. In "novosibirskenergo" with all independent daughterly societies work
more than 12 thousand people. Day power engineering - is the holiday of those, who selflessly serves compatriots and is devoted to profession.
According to tradition power engineering they greet their holiday by
working successes. In the past year during December were returned two largest objects -
installation of the demineralization of water on TETs-2 and new
turbine on Barabinskeye TETS - HEAT AND POWER PLANT. They made it possible to increase quality and efficiency of the
released heat for the inhabitants of our city and region.
But in this year during the holiday into 10.00 on TETs-3 is released
the turbogenerator of ?yya to the idling for further fulfillment of
starting and adjusting works. New turbine was heated, revolutions were collected, on the tachometer flashed the numbers - 3000 revolutions! It remained to introduce transformer into the system, the converting current into the necessary stress, works will go all holiday new-year days, and during January new turbine will be connected to network.
New generator, entered on TETs-3 during September of this year, it is prepared on NPO Of "elsib". The turbine of Ural production was purchased in Cheboksari. In the erection of new turbine participated the enterprises of
Novosibirsk, supplying to the object ferroconcrete piles, close fitting valve, ventilation equipment. Most work is executed by daughterly societies "novosibirskenergo".
Chief project engineer says on the design solutions by the
installation of turbine, the specialist of inzhiniringovoy company "KOTES" Yevgeny Yevtushenko: "before us stood complex task. Within the very compressed periods it was necessary to conduct the
correction of the project of the beginning of the ninetieth years. Position was complicated by the fact, that in the existing project there was placed obsolete equipment, which is at present no longer let out by manufacturing plants. Especially this concerned equipment on the electrotechnical part and
the automation. One of the fundamental solutions there were to establish automated
control system of the technological processes of turbine. This is contemporary and compact equipment on the base of
microprocessor technology, which enlarges the possibilities and automatic remote control of
turbine unit ".
New turbine - this 110 MW of additional power to city, this is the new quality of power engineering. Observing its professional holiday, Novosibirsk of power engineering realize scale investment projects, which will give to our city of the possibility of intensive
