Calif Realtors: Median home price in Calif hits $473K By Jordan Robertson
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- The median price for a home in California hit $473,260 in November, a 23.1 percent jump from the same period a year ago, the California Association of Realtors said Wednesday. Sales increased 4 percent to 652,340 from 627,190, according to data collected from 90 sites statewide. Los Altos in Northern California recorded the highest median home price for the month at $1.4 million, followed by Malibu at $1.39 million and Saratoga at $1.3 million.
