In the case of MRB I wonder how much of a legal deadlock they are really in? After all there had already been a higher court ruling overturning this local Agrarian Court. The higher court ruled rather quickly in that instance. The fact that MRB has filed a complaint against the judge himself in this lower court, says alot. Perhaps the 4-6 months time frame to deal with this is just being conservative on the part of MRB? There have been so many of these delay instances in the better advanced staged deposits, that every time another turns up, investors in the sector automatically throw in the towel, squeezing the valuations down so that the deposits are practically free. That's the case now with MRB.
