I saw your posting about American Eco, and decided to check it out. This company does indeed look very attractive. I read the research report at cohig.com and I now understand why the stock has been largely overlooked by the Street.

The Street tends to be very suspicious of a company that doesn't file quarterly reports with the SEC, or use a Big Six auditor. Now that ECGOF is filing quarterly, and has hired a Big Six auditor, things should clear up.

I myself always look at the 10q filings, because there is information that must be included that you typically don't find in company press releases. In a press release, companys usually don't want to volunteer negative information, but in a 10q there are certain types of information that cannot be withheld.

This one is worth checking out!

Happy investing.
