There is no guarantee the violence will lessen once the elections are done....and I never said there was.....the next move will be to try to stop the drafting of the Constitution and then, after that, the next set of elections once the Constitution is in place.....the violence will not lessen until the Iraqis step up and decide they would rather live in a place that more resembles the US or if they would rather a place that more resembles the Taliban Afghanistan....
