I'm not sure why you posted this. First of all, it is now being revealed by the FBI and other sources that there was a lot of torture at Guantanamo. Secondly, the fact that Bush's government chose to use torture and rationalize that it didn't really violate the Geneva Conventions does not make their actions or their interpretation of the law correct. Do you ever think about how the U.S. torturing prisoners makes us look all over the world? We used to be fairly well respected for our nation of laws and humane treatment of people in general. Not anymore, though. Does that make you proud to be an American or something?
