we heard when Alawi was appointed to a Ruling Council, that would quell bombings

we heard when security forces were trained, that would quell bombings

we heard when electricity & oil operations & water services were restored, that would quell bombings
didnt happen
we hear now about elections as the great event
we have little knowledge or appreciation of the Sunni minority & Shiite majority problem
as long as it exists, no end to violent attacks, bombings, assassinations, disruptions, etc
you guys in the GOP employ what I call "shifting justification"

then removal of a tyrant
now establishment of democracy
