Article in today's newspaper says digital cameras are shaping up as the most popular electronics gift in 2004. Digital cameras were runner up to DVD players in 2003. Analysts predict 10 million digital cameras, up 35% from last year, will be sold nationwide from October 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004. It will be interesting to see if there is a corresponding increase in sales of flash memory to all of these new digital camera owners.
