Yep! That's about it.

6 T butter
3/4 cup cocoa
3 cup pwd sugar
6-7 T milk or cream
1 tsp vanilla

Beat the heck out of it. It is as smooth and light as can be with a wonderful chocolatey flavor.

I put it on Chocolate mayonnaise cake. But I only make it for special occasions. Birthdays mostly.
