Scott, as I read it, Westergaard has no standing whatsoever to sue Pluvia. It's the company that Westergaard is alleging has suffered the damage.

He has not WON anything except well-deserved scorn and derision.

If he is so confident in his ability to "protect" his affiliates, he should not hestitate to personally start a thread on each one tomorrow.

And as far as the dreaded cyberpatrol goes - think about it, if you were any good at either writing or trading why would you be a PR lackey for this guy? If you think these people are actually going to show up and be the re-incarnation of Jim Cramer (score another one for thestreet.com) in terms of combining great writing with great trading savvy - don't hold your breath.

And always bear in mind that John Westergaard has a background in military counterintelligence (yes, as bizarre as that sounds, it's right in his bio westergaard.com:8080/Conference/jw.html). "The WBN Cyberpatrol", "the rogues gallery", "protection of member affiliates" - it's like playing "Vodoo Chile" outside of the Vatican embassy in Panama to spook out Noreiga. The army couldn't just overrun the place, so they adopted other means. Same thing here. This is psy ops 101, only it's an MFU.

If Westergaard can bring the heat, I repeat my suggestion - let him start threads of all his "member affiliates" himself tomorrow (since after all he is an SI member) and then "protect" them.

Good trading,

Tom
