No Bill, read it. It's not "any old crime", both lucky_girl's post and my cut & paste of the actual statute clearly state we were addressing 18 U.S.C. 1961(1). My ability to find the statute to aid you in comprehending lucky-girl's post shows us two things. You can't perform diligence and, like all webfraud3 travails, opt to attack the messengers and, in doing so, drag the board OFF TOPIC. The discussion topic here is info regarding Elgindy by those banished from Tony's board. Its been observed by many that the webfraud3 and their contigency can do as they please here, so let's understand what is going on. Your diligence can't be that bad. If it is, I feel for you since you pose as a truthseeker/scambuster. My guess it's easier to attack and disparage posters than do DD and that is what you've opted for. That is what your postings suggest anyway.
LoL! It's not a "game of semantics". You mean, you can just take any ol' crime and give it a completely different name? Are bigamy, jay-walking, cattle rustling and grand theft auto also ... "terrorism"?
Your method of Really Big Copy & Paste, whilst demonstrating your ability to click a mouse, still doesn't add up to what Lucky Girl said. There are no terrorism charges in the complaint. Period.
You could, of course, just stick to the actual charges, but that would require dabbling in ... (dare I say it) .... Reality! |
