It is virtually impossible to actually receive a DVD from them. Sure, their website (which is very slow an clunky) offers many DVDs, but if you ask them to send you one of them, you find that there is either a "long wait" or a "very long wait" to receive it.

Based on my experience, "long wait" means about three weeks.

These were not obscure DVDs ... I selected Chris Rock's newest DVD as soon as I joined and had not received it four weeks later.

So, far from providing a valuable service, Blockbuster.com is instead the source of continual frustration ... you waste your time searching for dvds to rent, only to find they are unavailable. Why would I pay for that? If anything they should pay me for all of the time they wasted.
