I'm sure Lyle wouldn't accept any of the 350,000 if he hadn't more than earned them. Actually, I'd say you've done more to support share value than Berman. I think it's conceivable the stock might jump if he quit. Maybe not. He may be the proof designed to show investors that RAIN is idiot-proof.

That's the problem with option and incentive programs -- they're designed to keep the head honchos from leaving.
