Well, pretty much of a gray area here. I'd say "i" also. But the key may hiinge on what constitutes "shipping" of a laser. If they ship all but the operative hand-piece and the equipment is unusable, does that count, or no? I'm gonna have to wait a long time before I get an answer to the question about Steve's real relationship with ILT, I guess. The company told Cory Johnson that they had sold Steve lasers. Steve told Cory he is not a dentist. The company said that Steve was not a salesman for ILT. Cory wonders if the lasers are decorating Steve's living room. Steve said that he lost a 4 MM dollar venture capital deal due to unfavorable publicity from JW. Is it just a coincidence, or does it seem that maybe Steve was trying to sell these machines to a group of dentists and/or investors and it blew up in his face. He has vehemently denied having any financial interest whatsoever in either company since early July after closing out a losing position in ILT. JW claims Steve made phone calls to dentists warning them of possible patent violations for purchasing Premier lasers. That in and of itself is okay by me, even if he were selling the ILT, but I find it sad if he did that and then claimed to have clean hands and no financial stake. And let us not even go to the question of a customer of ILT who may even be a reseller calling Premier and asking them for the number shipped, references, etc. Do we think that he used his real name and real interest in the information during those calls?
