Louis, it was never my intention to debate this issue, so I'll just make one post and then step aside. My two cents:

If I were an attorney (which thank goodness I'm not), I would argue that the word "indicated" in Pluvia's statement "Sales Staff" indicated there were no users other than trainers who had received the Dental Drill meant that that was his impression (read: opinion) from talking to a member of the sales staff. Furthermore, I would argue that the statement Once Again Louie and Others -- DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK, I DON'T WANT YOU TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT -- Check this out yourselves. You should be able to confirm. was a clear indication he didn't want people to accept his word as gospel.

Granted this is only one example, but you keep using it over and over so I thought I'd choose it as representational. Wendell and Bill have made some pretty cogent points about how hard it is to sue for libel. Even the ACLU rarely, if ever, accepts cases of libel.

Please understand that I'm not saying you can't debate the "facts" as you see them, only that accusing someone of libel for posting (harsh?) messages on message boards is pretty extreme, IMHO.
