Intel has release Steven Lai's December 9,2004 paper at its site. Intel site -research -publication's.

Its a pdf explaining High Cycle,Fast-Read /write,low voltage,moderate engery operation,can be scaled down to 22 nm mode. Result OUM performance is OK.

Challenge yet to be demonstrated. High volume manufacture,and reliability.

What I think they mean by reliability is to send it out for customers testing looking for problems.

Have to find this address on hugh Intel site I have research publications in faviorites can't past address.
