I am not an attorney. Secondly, "Steve's" "harsh" tone isn't the issue - although it certainly is the reason why I'm eager to come back here and rub his words back in his face. Lastly - either the company shipped lasers or they didn't. The 10-Q said they did. "Steve" said they didn't - repeatedly. Perhaps an attorney could sort it out. And no need to respond. I don't blame you for wanting to step aside of this mess.
