It's possible. I think many or all politicians overstate their case and effectiveness on one issue or another to get elected.

As far as would *I* do the same thing? I don't know. I'd really, REALLY like to believe that a normal, middle class person could own up to their mistakes in life, be straight honest about everything (which includes saying I'm not sure when you don't know the answer) except for military and national security issues and win the hearts of America and be elected. I really think it could be done.

Maybe someday I'll do it <g>
