In a very close election, the only way to determine the winner is with a hand count.

The courts need not interfere with counting of ballots.

It's clear that punch card ballots and electronic voting with no way to verify the votes should be illegal.

There's only two acceptable ballot types. One that you mark yourself or one that is printed out from a computer that you can review and then deposit in the ballot box.

If you can't see your vote, touch your vote, verify your vote...someone will eventually steal your vote.
