Yes, and the article also gives some understanding of some of the complexities Aixtron faces in completing their US listing, e.g., the restatement caused by revenue recognition differences between Germany and US. This partially explains why the merger is taking so long to complete. Arbs do not like these kinds of delays and uncertainties. That helps explain the discount. It would not be terribly unusual in such a case to see a 20-25% discount persist until the deal is completed IMO.
