Off my rocker for sure, but still enjoying the spin down the chute and a long way from being buried into the tailings .... thanks, i will tell la Sup-tomandita of your good wishes, and point her the directions to Timmins and Haileybury

Have you ever seen comment on canadian healthcare that was not politically motivated, stemming from some packaged ideological stance? ... can't recall if i ever have, might not have recognised it of course, because how would you know right off ... but it all seems such an hide-bound and repetitive slugging between leftie and rightie, probably underlaid with a resentment of how much doctors make [but don't always, in reality] .... having never experienced the system until a bit in the last few years, i don't really know it, but it seems to me to work pretty well .... certainly, like anything organised by human beings, it will have room for improvement, but this will be true of a direct-user-pay system as well, because without big money and/or the correct wording on an enforceable insurance contract they will just let you suffer and die, which is not going to happen here, having been long ago deemed un-canehjun, eh
