According to the May 30, 1997 private placement documents the directors and officers of the issuer held 5,416,400. This does not include the other employees of Naxos.

There were 27,097,858 common shares issued and outstanding as of May 30, 1997. I can not tell you how many options or warrants have been exercised since then.
