Artificial depression Charles Some might have the view - seemingly including the SEC - that GRNO had been artificially inflated by false and misleading press releases relating to nonexistent/fictitious sales - possibly concocted by persons related to/interested in GRNO in one way or another, whose relationship/interest was not disclosed in the press releases. Of course, this view might not be right either. And, of course, there would be no DEHC problem if GRNO had obtained the proper permits originally, some years ago.
