I agree with you on JV16 Tools. It's a fine program. I still use the standalone RegCleaner.

Don't know how much this helps but from Googling: When installing NOD32 checks to see if Outlook 2000 has been installed in corporate mode instead of internet mode. A module named EMON is installed that enables outgoing checks if corporate mode is found. Here's how to switch. kb.indiana.edu 2000
Currently NOD32 doesn't check Outlook 2002 but there are plans to introduce outgoing certification.
