I was, that's for sure!! After so long of not being able to accomplish much without big pain, it was terrific to feel like I really could do things again! How about you? Did you do much cooking? You'd laugh...He wanted stuffing...(go figure, we were having ham and au gratin potatoes, etc) so I made "stuffing" Stove Top, for which I had cooked Jimmy Dean sage sausage, onions, and celery the night before, mixed them together, baked for about 1/2 hour, and put the homemade chicken broth gravy on the side....LOL....What a combo...but I noticed that most of both were gone...<ggg>
