Christmas may be getting the heave-ho in the public square, but it's making a comeback in the private square. I gave my husband (among other things) a little set of blown glass Christmas tree ornaments that made a little creche scene - Mary, Jesus and Joseph, and a star, individual blown glass ornaments. Don't recall seeing anything like that before. Santa, yes. Pickles, yes. Jesus, no.
