HI!! I found the most fabulous product. iveta.com We were driving around in Napa and stopped to shop and Dean and Delucca (yum) and I bought several packages of these scones, because they were having a tasting and they were so good, AND because the woman said they were so easy to make little kids could do it. You just take the mix and a cup of heavy cream (sorry, they don't advise substitutions, Grainne)- mix it up, cut the dough in wedges, and bake. I used one bowl. The lemon and the raspberry are out of this world. I will be trying more out on the family shortly- and there is free shipping :-) Order them in the baggy rather than the box and you save 50 cents (if giving as a gift, spring for the box, it's pretty). Hope someone out there can enjoy these as our family is. All the best.
