Still haven't tried to transfer over the address book and messages, etc. from Outlook Express v.6 XX to Outlook 2000 on my WIN 2000 Pro box, but will probably try next week. I'm chicken... afraid to lose them all!!!

You're not going to lose them. All you are doing is copy
them to another program and you will have two sets of the
same emails or addresses. Do a small test by making a folder
of spam email and just transferring that to see.
And if you transfer twice you will get duplicates so any
similar titles, names are shown twice instead of disappearing.
